Inspection will be online only and there will be no personal inspection of items prior to the auction. Knight Auction Services will not be held liable for non-disclosure of defective or broken items as every good faith effort wil be made to disclose defects or breakages. Items may be removed or added prior to start of the Auction without notice. Bids may be rejected at the sole discredtion of Knight Auction Services. Knight Auction Services reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the event of a system failure. Sales Tax- 6% Sales tax applied to Hammer price for all in the boundaries of South Carolina unless you have a SC Sales Tax Resale number on file with Knight Auction Services, LLC. Participation Requirements- Valid Credit Card required for bidding approval. Payment Options: Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express Payment Instructions- A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to all sales conducted by HiBid You will be notified at the end of auction by email with your settlement sheet noting all purchases and amount due. This invoice will serve as the billing amount that is charged to your credit card on file. Any Bidders with credit cards that are declined for this Auction will be banned from bidding on all future Auctions and their purchase(s) will be null and void. All credit cards on file with HiBid will be charged at the conclusion of the Auction. Failure to pay for items within 3 days of the close of auction will forfeit the item and it will be relisted. Failure to pay will also result in a ban from all future auctions conducted by Knight Auction Services. Currency Type- USD Shipping and pick up Instructions- Winning bidders will receive instructions from Shipping Saint to complete shipping and handling purchases or for scheduled pick up dates and times. Invoices will have address printed on them as well as pick up dates and times. Scheduling of Pick ups outside of the designated date and time will result in additional charges. Failure to pick an item up within 7 days of close of auction will result of forfeiture of items and items may be placed in a future auction. Both parties agree to make good faith efforts to resolve any disputes that may arise. If the parties are unable to resolve a dispute arising out of the agreement, the parties agree to submit the matter to mediation with a recognized mediator in Spartanburg, County, South Carolina. Should a party refuse to participate in mediation, that party forfeits any right to bring or defend any claim in any court.
