Terms and Conditions

10% Buyer Fee and 8% Sales tax will be added to all invoices. We will be open Monday-Thursday 9-5 (Sept. 10-13) for pick up. We will be open Monday, September 10th 9am-5pm, for payment and pick-up. We will accept phone payments with a 5% extra CC charge. All purchases must be paid by 5pm Monday Sept. 10th ( $25 late fee will be added to invoices not paid by 5pm Sept. 10th) All items are sold as is / where is. Dinkins Auctions IS NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. Items must be removed by 5pm Thursday. All unclaimed items will become the property of Dinkins Auctions.
